Every morning at 3:00 am EST you will receive a message in your email inbox that will have a link to a 5-minute video about a daily topic. Watch the video, study the related scripture, journal your response to the daily challenge and lastly share your response in our Facebook group.

 

 

Do I need any other materials?

Do I have to diet?

There is no diet component to the challenge, but people naturally begin to change their eating habits as a result of spending time with God and focusing on what they’re eating.

For those desiring to change their diet as they do the challenge, we have created an optional 21 Meal Plan ebook – available on it’s own or with a set of nutritional videos.  If this is your first time understanding the concept of ‘weight-loss, God’s way’, we recommend focusing on the daily challenges/scriptures instead of diet.  If you’ve participated in the challenge before, or changing your diet is very important to you, then you will find the 21 Day Meal Plan provides tasty, practical, low-carb meals that will definitely help you to kick-start your weight loss.

If  the challenge offers no meal plan or exercise program, what am I being challenged on?

We’ve all done the diet and exercise thing – more times than most of us care to share and for most of us, the results were temporary. The reason why most of us stay stuck in the yo-yo cycle is because we never get to the root cause of why we do what we do. This challenge will push you to go deeper than band-aid solutions to weight loss and in partnership with the Holy Spirit will challenge you to understand what is at the root of your weight struggles.

How do I know my particular weight issue will be discussed?

We will be discussing 21 different  areas that keep Christian women from reaching their weight loss goals so you can be sure that we will be covering a lot of topics.

Can men participate in the challenge?

My expertise is in working with women over the years. Although the program was created and designed specifically for women, men would definitely benefit from the content in the program but they would not be permitted to participate in the private Weight Loss, God’s Way Facebook group.

I don’t use Facebook. Can I still take the challenge?

Yes, you can still participate in the challenge. The Facebook group provides additional group support and accountability. We believe it’s part of what makes the challenge so successful. If you choose not to take advantage of the group, I suggest you invite a friend to do it with you and discuss the daily challenges with them.

I’m receiving too many notifications, how do I turn them off?

Who can see my information of Facebook?

All of your information is 100% private and can only be seen by other members of the WLGW group. All members are also reminded to keep all conversations  confidential and respect everyone’s privacy.
