4 Tips to Stay Motivated on Your Weight Releasing Journey

Do you need some motivation to stay the course? Too often we get discouraged because our motivation starts to fade and we panic. We have visions of reverting back to our old habits and fear that we’ll never get back on track.

We can’t understand what happened to our motivation. We treat motivation like our house or car keys, wasting time trying to find them; running around in panic mode, hoping they will show up in the place we last left them.

Truth is, motivation comes and goes. It’s not a one-time deal that you muster up, then hope and pray that it stays with your forevermore—you will need to continually cultivate it. You will also need to understand your unique motivations. They will be different for everyone and they will be based on your core values and even your unique body.

Change your mindset about what motivation is and recognize that, as a Christian, Jesus is the only one who can transform your mindset and return you to the health that HE intended you to live in!

Listen to this Facebook chat to learn 4 tips to stay motivated on your spirit-led weight releasing journey.

Start incorporating one or more of these strategies into your daily routine right away.

I pray they are a blessing to you.

P.S. If you are tired of circling the same mountain over and over and want a Christ-centered approach to lasting weight loss without feeling guilty, deprived, or overwhelmed, be sure to sign up for our video course program right away at cathymorenzie.com.

I was glad to hear our motivation has a natural eb and flow to it. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking my motivation is all or nothing, but now I know it’s not like that. I find remembering my ‘Why’ and prayer helps keep me on track. I asked my husband to be my accountability partner, and he has been a great encourager and motivator. I absolutely love the Biblical approach to the program. Gal 2:20
