We will give you practical and biblical tools to help you get to the root of why you do what you do. Our 5-step model which is the basis for all of the WLGW books and courses also form the foundation for one-on-one coaching.
Lastly, we understand that total health encompasses all aspects of your life, not just your physical health, so our sessions will address you as a whole person—soul, body, and spirit
We will guide you on how to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be by helping you discover the variety of factors that have been blocking your success.
We will discover roadblocks and obstacles, and implement practical strategies so you can overcome them, all while referring to biblical principles.
After an initial consultation, our first session is called the ‘Discovery Session’ – where we spend the majority of time developing expected outcomes and goals and establishing a clear focus for our sessions.
After the first 2 or 3 foundational sessions, we will move through the 5 steps model and you can also you bring any topic of discussion you want to the session and we’ll explore it.
The initial session is 1 hour in length, then subsequent are 30-40 min. long.
A coach can help you to make the shifts in your life that you’re unable to make on your own.
If you’ve been yo-yo dieting for as long as you can remember; if you want to learn how to incorporate your faith into your health journey; or you know there’s more to health than just diet and exercise, we can help.
In the end, investing in a WLGW coach should be a very prayerful and personal decision. This is why we provide a free 30-minute introductory session so you get to know us and we can get to know you. After that session, both of us together can decide whether a coaching relationship makes sense.
