Why am I different?

My belief is that until you understand why you do what you do, you will continue to repeat it.

My approach is to guide you to another way of thinking so you can access your God-given power to achieve your health goals. I will give you practical and biblical tools to help you get to the root of why you do what you do.

Lastly, I understand that total health encompasses all aspects of your life, not just your physical health, so our sessions will address you as a whole person—soul, body, and spirit.

How does the coaching work?

My coaching framework guides my clients to build a realistic and achievable road map for clear next steps. I apply the 5 principles of Weight Loss, God's Way and custom tailor them to your life and schedule.

I will show you how to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be by helping you discover the variety of factors that have been blocking your success.

We will discover roadblocks and obstacles, and implement practical strategies so you can overcome them, all while referring to biblical principles.

How long do we work together?

I offer a Kick-Start one month introductory session to help you establish your vision and values, and identify your strongholds. If you appreciate the value in the work we've started, I will invite you to continue working with me for another 4 months via Skype or telephone on a weekly basis.

The time between our calls will allow you to practice and apply some of the strategies and principles we discuss. I put a high emphasis on practice. Practice makes progress is one of my philosophies.

What to expect when you coach with me.

After a 30-minute complimentary coaching session where we discuss the best approach to take, I provide you with an outline of how we can work together and propose our next steps.

Often, I will follow up with a summary of our session and action steps for you to take.

Sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Between sessions, do not hesitate to contact me with questions and updates.

The goal of my coaching is for you to achieve breakthroughs in your physical body, mindset, and your relationship with God. We will develop specific strategies and tools during our time together so you can lose weight, God's Way.

A coaching agreement outlining the expectations of our sessions will be completed and signed by both of us.

Why should I invest in coaching?

A coach can help you to make the shifts in your life that you're unable to make on your own.

If you've been yo-yo dieting for as long as you can remember; if you want to learn how to incorporate your faith into your health journey; or you know there's more to health than just diet and exercise, I can help.

In the end, hiring me as your coach should be a very prayerful and personal decision. This is why I provide a free 30-minute introductory session so you get to know me and I can get to know you. After that session, both of us together can decide whether a coaching relationship makes sense.
