I feel anxious when I think about making a mistake of failing.
I don’t think I will ever be thin.
I’d rather not try than fail again.
I’d rather not tell anyone I’m trying to lose weight in case I fail.
I don’t have what it takes to reach my goals.
Some areas of my life will be adversely affected if I lose weight.
Maybe I should be content with the way my body and health are and not want more.
It’s too hard to lose weight.
I need to learn a lot more about weight loss to truly get the results I want.
Losing weight takes too much sacrifice.
