    Each lesson and topic is designed to show you who you are in Christ.
    Our Small Group Meetings are designed to continually teach you who you are in Christ.

    Let's face it. You can scour the internet and find the answers to just about anything and everything you're looking for. Chances are, you've probably wasted a lot of time searching.
    We will help you cut through all the confusion by helping you get laser focused.
    We will also continually drive you back to the Word of God because we believe that's the only way you can truly be transformed.
    Our monthly guest speakers, live Q and A sessions and Small Group Meetings are designed to give you the perfect amount of information you need without taking you into overwhelm.

    How many diets have you been on? Probably more than you can count, right?
    In Haven, we know that the best diets in the world and the best workouts will not work if you're operating out of order.
    God's order requires us to submission first, then add the healthy meal planning and regular activity. We've got it all here for you!
    Each week, we provide you will a simple exercise routine to follow and an easy to follow recipe to try. You can start there or design an entire week of meals if you're ready for that!

    Change is a daily process. It's the little things that you do daily that will get you to your goals.
    Every time you say 'yes' to God, you will move closer to your goal.
    Each month we will teach you a new habit to practice and to bring under submission.

    If change were easy, we would all be rich, famous, in perfect health or whatever other goals we might be chasing after.
    Setback are normal and are part of the process. Our accountability groups, weekly weight-in, prayer groups will help you to get back up when you've fallen down.
