APRIL 22-24, 2022
GULL LAKE MINISTRIES,
HICKORY CORNERS, MI
Nothing is worse than feeling like you’ve spent most of your life circling around the same mountain gaining and losing weight year after year without ever making and real progress. The guilt and shame mounts with each failed attempt. How much more peaceful your life would be if you weren’t always worrying about your weight–counting calories–trying to find the right program for you???
Simply put: Nothing leaves as bitter of a taste as regret.
It’s easy to look back on the past and beat yourself up for your lack of willpower; the goals you never achieved or the life you never had. To look at others and see what they have done.
I’m going to state the obvious: What has passed has passed. Your past is already written. But your future? It’s still to be decided. It’s time to stop wasting time and finally Breakthrough on what’s been holding you back from achieving your abundant life! Read more to find out how.
A health-conscious mindset is one of infinite possibilities and opportunities to glorify God in your body. Imagine, living every day feeling healthy, whole and energized.
Many women do not realize that they are often times retreating to a “self-protection” mentality. It keeps them living in fear while using food as an emotional pain-killer. They’ve given up on their hopes and dreams to have life to the full as John 10:10 instructs us.
Having a truly health-conscious mindset is the fastest path to more joy, peace, freedom and happiness. We call that living Healthy by Design and we’ll show you just how to develop it.
Integrity is all about “keeping your word.” How many times has someone let you down when they told you they were going to do something and they didn’t?
Moreover, when have you told yourself or others that you were going to do something and then didn’t?
Starting and stopping is a symptom of being out of integrity.
When you learn our integrity strategies and get in integrity with yourself you’ll quickly find that many areas of your life will be in alignment.
Whether you realize it or not you are limited by your beliefs.
We’ll help you identify what’s holding you back from achieving your healthy weight and breakthrough to a truly health-conscious mindset.
You’ll let go of past limiting beliefs that are not serving you so that you experience more freedom, peace, and joy.
When you have a clear vision of where you want to go and a strong “why” that’s important to you, you’ll be UNSTOPPABLE!
Resistance that used to sabotage and derail you will be reduced to minor setbacks that you’re able to easily glide over.
Our coaches & community will help you clarify your vision and empower you to achieve it. We’ll be creating a space for breakthrough, celebration and victory so that you can move towards and maintain your healthy weight.
In a world where we’re constantly reminded that we don’t measure up, it’s good to be in a space where you are celebrated and valued. You are so precious in God’s eyes and it’s time to see yourself as God sees you.
This event is all about celebrating your breakthrough; celebrating God in you; celebrating your magnificence, your beauty, your worth, your value and your body as a temple of the living God.
You’ll be interacting in our 3-day intensive with like-minded health-conscious Christian sisters. Our attendees have been interactive online and are excited to finally meet in person. The currency of relationships is priceless and will be celebrated during our time together.
Inspire you to develop a health-conscious mindset where being healthy is not something you strive to do but becomes a natural expression of who you are.
Imagine waking up feeling energized, strong and healthy with purpose and passion. Your life will never be the same after our Breakthrough Celebration event!

When does the retreat start and end?
The retreat starts on Friday, April 22nd at 5:00 p.m. and ends on Sunday. April 24th at 10:30 a.m.
What is the retreat about?
The retreat will celebrate the accomplishments of women who have released weight, God’s way; it’s an opportunity for like-minded health conscious women to connect; it will offer training on healthy eating, caring for your temple and renewing your mind; it will inspire you to continue pursuing your health goals and much more!
What if I have a special diet?
There are 5 meals included in your package and they are all buffet style so there are plenty of options to suit all dietary needs and tastes.
What is the volunteer certification?
Take our on-site training at the retreat to become a certified WLGW Ambassador. As an ambassador, you’ll be coaching women through a program that has already helped over 100,000 women around the world. If you’re inclined, it can also be an opportunity to generate some additional income if you want to begin a 21-Day Challenge Ministry. We’ll give you all the tools to get started.
Can I bring my family?
You are permitted to bring up to 2 additional family members with you, bearing in mind that this is a women’s only event and attendees must be 18 years and older to attend. If they do not meet this criteria, they are welcome to stay at the retreat and take advantage of the other retreat activities. All guests will be required to pay the retreat fee (less the conference portion). Registration options for non-conference attendees will be available as you proceed through the registration process.
What is the average temperature?
Check the weather before traveling, but typically in mid-April you can expect highs around 64 and lows about 46 degrees
What time zone is the resort in?
If I purchase a double or triple occupancy room, how will my roommate be assigned?
You may list your roommate(s) during the registration process, or write “need roommate” if you would like the conference committee to make the assignment. Assignments will be made randomly, and you will find out your roommate when you arrive.
What is the dress code?
We want you to be casual and comfortable so that you can enjoy the retreat. So if you are most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, or a blouse and khakis, oversized shirt and leggings . . . go for it. Be sure to bring workout clothes for morning exercise and activities you may want to participate in during your free time. Wear comfortable shoes. Formal wear is requested for the Red Carpet Event. We are in a Christian environment, so just keep that in mind and you’ll be fine.
What if I need to cancel?
A commitment has been made to Gull Lake to cover a certain amount of rooms. If you are unable to attend, you may receive a full refund if written cancellation is provided by January 15th, 2022. After this date a 50% fee will apply. For questions, email [email protected]

1. Volunteer for the Retreat
If you would be willing to volunteer to assist in some way, please email [email protected] and we will be in touch in early February. Volunteering won’t require you to come into town any earlier or to change your plans in any way. We would ask that you assist us with some aspect of the event for a short time during the program.
2. Become a Retreat Sponsor
We are looking for sponsors to help us in this endeavor. Our wish is to keep our expenses low in order to assist with sponsoring ladies who may not otherwise be able to attend, and to keep the cost as low as possible to help those who are attending. Your support and contribution will enhance the quality of our retreat. We’re asking our sponsors to provide one or more of the following: monetary donations that will go directly for attendee registration or small gift items and giveaways. We are willing to meet with you to discuss the common interests between you/your organization and our Celebration Retreat. All sponsors will be recognized in the retreat program. Please contact us by email ([email protected]) if you’re able to help support our mission. We look forward to hearing from you.
3. Apply for Sponsorship or Sponsor Someone
