1st Annual Weight Loss, God's Way Retreat

April 22-24, 2022

A women's retreat celebrating our body, soul, and spirit.

A three day retreat for Christian women, celebrating weight loss, God’s way.

APRIL 22-24, 2021

Nothing is worse than feeling like you’ve spent most of your life circling around the same mountain. What you could have accomplished if you weren’t always on a diet. The peace you could have experienced.

Simply put: Nothing leaves as bitter of a taste as regret.

It’s easy to look back on the past and beat yourself up for your lack of willpower; the goals you never achieved or the life you never had. To look at others and see what they have done.

I’m going to state the obvious: What has passed has passed. Your past is already written.  But your future? It’s still to be decided. It’s time to stop wasting time and start celebrating who you are in Christ!

If you’re ready to celebrate YOU whether or not you’ve achieved your healthy weight,  this event is for you.  Celebration is an opportunity to honor the very essence of who you are as a daughter of the Most High God. It’s for any woman that wants to adopt a truly abundant mindset, a healthy body and a stronger faith in God.

Those who make excuses, pass blame on others, live well below their potential, complain, never take any action, or act like they are not completely in control of their success, lifestyle, health or choices.

A health-conscious mindset is one of infinite possibilities and opportunities to glorify God in your body. Imagine, living every day feeling healthy, whole and energized.

Many women do not realize that they are often times retreating to a “self-protection” mentality. It keeps them living in fear while using food as an emotional analgesic. They’ve given up on their hopes and dreams to have life to the full as John 10:10 instructs us.

Having a truly health-conscious mindset is the fastest path to more joy, peace, freedom and happiness. We call that living Healthy by Design.

Integrity is all about “keeping your word.” How many times has someone let you down when they told you they were going to do something and they didn’t?

Moreover, when have you told yourself or others that you were going to do something and then didn’t.

Starting and stopping is a symptom of being out of integrity.

When you learn our integrity strategies and get in integrity with yourself you’ll quickly find that many areas of your life will be in alignment.

Whether you realize it or not you are limited by your beliefs.

We’ll help you identify what’s holding you back from achieving your healthy weight and breakthrough to a truly health-conscious mindset.

You’ll let go of past limiting beliefs that are not serving you so that you experience more freedom, peace  & joy.

When you have a clear vision of where you want to go and a strong ‘why’ it’s important to you, you’ll be UNSTOPPABLE!

Resistance that used to seem sabotage and derail you will be reduced to minor setbacks that you’re able to easily glide over.

Our coaches & community will help you clarify your vision and empower you to achieve it. We’ll be creating a space celebration and victory so that you can move towards and maintain your healthy weight.

In a world where we’re constantly reminded that we don’t measure us, it’s good to be in a space where you are celebrated and valued. You are so precious in God’s eyes and it’s time to see yourself as God sees you.

This event is all about celebrate the God in you. Celebrating your magnificence, your beauty, your worth, your value and your body as a temple of the living God.

You’ll be interacting in our 3-day intensive with like-minded health-conscious Christian sisters. Our attendees have been interactive on-line and are excited to finally meet in person. The currency of relationships is priceless and will be celebrated during our time together.

Inspire you to develop a health-conscious mindset where being healthy is not something you strive to do but becomes a natural expression of who you are.

Imagine waking up feeling energized, strong and healthy with purpose and passion.  Your life will never be the same after Celebration!

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"

Philippians 4:4

If you would be willing to volunteer to assist in some way, please email [email protected] and we will be in touch in early September. Volunteering won’t require you to come into town any earlier or to change your plans in any way. We would ask that you assist us with some aspect of the event for a short time during the program.

We are looking for sponsors to help us in this endeavor. Our wish is to keep our expenses low in order to assist with sponsoring ladies who may not otherwise be able to attend, and to keep the cost as low as possible to help those who are attending. Your support and contribution will enhance the quality of our retreat. We’re asking our sponsors to provide one or more of the following: monetary donations that will go directly for attendee registration or small gift items and giveaways. We are willing to meet with you to discuss the common interests between you/your organization and our Celebration Retreat. All sponsors will be recognized in the retreat program. Please contact us by text (647-883-5436) or email ([email protected]) if you’re able to help support our mission. We look forward to hearing from you.

We don’t want anyone to be left out due to a lack of funds. If you are willing to donate funds towards another sister’s hotel and travel expenses, please include your donation during registration. If you would like to request funds, please fill out the form below (simple form with contact info) and we will be in touch with you.
