The 10 Things to Know Before Starting the 21-Day Weight Loss, God’s Way Challenge


The Weight Loss, God’s Way Challenge is a Christian online program that challenges your subconscious beliefs about weight loss so you can stop wasting time and money on fads and gimmicks and obtain a healthy weight while strengthening your faith.

It will show you the physical, mental and spiritual factors that are hindering your weight loss. Our goal is to help you understand why you do what you do so that you can empower yourself to make permanent change.

If you’re looking for a ‘here’s-what-to-eat-and-what-exercises-to-do’ program, this ain’t it.  If you’re serious about understanding why you’re stuck from a spiritual perspective then you’ve come to the right place.  Our program will take you deeper than the traditional ‘eat-less-move-more’ approach, and show you why many Christian women are subconsciously programmed to fail. There are numerous factors that affect your weight and you’re going to learn them all in this challenge.


Everyday for 21 days, plus a couple of days before and after, you’re going to receive a 5 minute video message from me that contains a lighthearted skit and daily challenge. They will arrive every day at the same time so it’s SUPER IMPORTANT that you get your emails.

2.  Spend some time in prayer

3.  Complete the daily challenge

4.  Hop over to our Facebook support group, post your feedback and connect with other women.

After you’ve watched the video and spent some time in prayer, hop over to our private Facebook group to post your feedback, comments, insights, and victories. There will be a link on each of the daily lessons that will take you directly to the Facebook group. It’s important to post daily to stay accountable and connected. People who connect with others are more successful than others who try to do it on their own.


To all my fellow perfectionists and control-freaks out there, resist the urge to try to do too much; try to do it perfectly; obsess on weight loss, or try to do it your own way without support and accountability. Trust me, it will not work. Practice taking action steps everyday and learn to master the skill of discipline. Commit to doing every challenge, but if you miss a day, don’t sweat it. Just jump back on board the following day.

Your success will largely depend on your ability to turn this process over to God and trust Him to help you learn new healthy habits to lose weight.

Leave yourself time daily to watch the video, do the daily challenge, reflect, and post in the group. Personally, I do it right after my morning devotion time because life tends to get super busy after that. The more you participate in the process, and in the group, the more you will benefit from it. If you’re too busy right now and don’t think you will be able to commit the time, then I suggest you wait and take it at a time that is more convenient for you, instead of frustrating yourself by adding one more thing to an already over-packed schedule.

    I know quite a bit about eating right and excercising…I lost 80lbs over 26 years ago. I have kept most of it off…I go up and down 10lbs in the winter season into spring. I have always struggled with binge eating, then starving and on and on, but lately my binge eating has been so out of control.I do know why, My 80 year old Mother is living with us now(dementia), I work 40 hours third shift and those two factors have made my finding time for me so frustrating (not to mention my husband and Church). But I am not without hope and Praise God I came across your videos on You Tube when I typed in losing weight God’s way. I know so well I am powerless without Him. So in a nut shell I am praising God for your putting together this program. I think for me it will be accountability and a reminder to take out some time for me. After all if we don’t care for ourselves how can we care for others. I am praying for the success of all the women willing to take the Challenge, to see themselves through God’s eyes and eat to live for His purposes…as theage old question asks “Are you eating to live or living to eat” Lately I have been eating my weariness and emotions.
