Are you a goal-setter or a goal-getter? Goal-setters just keep making goals but never actually achieve them. Goal-getters keep going after their goal until they accomplish it.
Your goal should be S.M.A.R.T. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Attainable (see 5: Mistakes People Make When Setting Goals).
Your challenge for today is to write out what you would like to accomplish in the next 21 days. Choose one of these 3 areas:
1. Exercise everyday for at least 15 minutes
2. No eating after 7:00 pm or ??
3. Track your daily intake using Myfitnesspal
If you’re already successful in one of these areas, feel free to choose your own.
After prayerful thought, post your 21 day goal in the group, as well as, what you would like to weigh in 6 months.
