Today’s Scripture Reflection

  • Ask yourself these questions: What will happen if you don’t stop your poor eating habits? Your lack of physical activity? If you don’t stop consuming so much sugar, fat, and calories? What will it cost your family? What will the cost be to your self-esteem? Your relationships? Your joy? Your ministry?
  • For today’s challenge, reflect on your future and how it would be affected if you don’t reach your goal weight. Complete this statement, ‘The cost if I don’t release the weight is … ‘. Write down as many costs as you can think of and share it in the group or with your accountability partner.
