    • I ranked high on the insulin sensitivity test. Although I wasn’t surprised and had already realized this, I was surprised to see “dairy” mentioned several times. In general, my consumption of grains, fruit, high carb vegetables is low . . . however, I love my dairy (yogurt, cheese, and cream in my coffee) . . . I wonder if this is holding up progress also.

    • I felt as if Gladys could read my mind. Most of what she says is so true. I keep gaining and losing the same lbs but not because I don’t know what to do. It’s because I don’t always apply the principles I have learned. Thanks Cathy for sharing this.

      • Thank you Nancy. I felt like this too. I would always say God I don’t understand why I’m not losing the weight. o just don’t get it. But that’s when I had to be honest and really look at the situation and see that it was because I wasn’t doing any of the principles I had been taught. I was just learning them, not applying them. Praise God for revelation! I know you can do this sis. Love you ❤️

    • Amen! I couldn’t have said it any better Amy!

    • Rita! Yes, what you just said is so key. We have to come out of agreement with the excuses we have made and come into agreement with God’s Word! I love that! And yes yes yes, we repent, take action and trust in God to meet us where we need Him! Girl, you’ve got it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😂
