Why am I different?

My belief is that until you understand why you do what you do, you will continue to repeat it.

My approach is to guide you to another way of thinking so you can access your God-given power to achieve your health goals. I will give you practical and biblical tools to help you get to the root of why you do what you do. My 5-step model which is the basis for all of my books and courses also form the foundation for my one-on-one coaching.

I have a soft-spot for women who fear failure and judgement because I'm in recovery from those fears and understand how all-encompassing and debilitating they can be in every area of your life.

Lastly, I understand that total health encompasses all aspects of your life, not just your physical health, so our sessions will address you as a whole person—soul, body, and spirit.

How does the coaching work?

I will guide you on how to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be by helping you discover the variety of factors that have been blocking your success.

We will discover roadblocks and obstacles, and implement practical strategies so you can overcome them, all while referring to biblical principles.

1-DAY BREAKTHROUGH INTENSIVE

The day will be tailored to your specific needs, here is a sample of what a day could look like:

9:30-10:00 am: Opening Prayer, Welcome + Health assessment

  • We will complete a health assessment that includes your waist-to-hip ratio, Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage

10:00-11:30 am: 90 Minute Coaching Session

  • Determine a healthy weight range for you
  • We will begin with identifying and grounding your goals in the Lord
  • We will write a vision for your health and set SMART goals
  • We will design an exercise program for you based your goals
  • We will design a meal plan for you based on the unique needs of your body.

11:30 – 11:40 am: 10 min stretch break

11:40 am – 12:40 pm: 60 Minute Coaching Session

  • We will identify your priorities and values.

12:30pm -1:00 pm: Working lunch

1:00-2:00pm: 60 Minute Coaching Session – Core Fears/ Limiting Beliefs and False Identities

  • We will look at any self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back and keeping you stuck
  • We will develop a healthy and manageable daily routine
  • We will identify and give you tools to identify any health blocks

2:00-2:30pm: Closing Prayer, Wrap Up and Questions

*I'm an early riser so times are flexible

Your Breakthrough Intensive Package includes the following:

  • Welcome Pack

  • 1 hour coaching call ahead of the intensive

  • 5 hour intensive held in at a location of your choice

  • 1 post intensive coaching call, scheduled 2 weeks after the intensive

  • 1 month and 3 month follow up calls

  • All worksheets, assessment reports and custom designed programs

  • Unlimited Email access to me for one month after the intensive during office hours (Monday 9am to 5pm EST)
