Sundays are designated as planning days. Designate a couple of hours to review your week and plan the following:

1.  When will you make time in your schedule to exercise?

2.  What will you be eating each day?

3.  What did you learn last week that you need to submit to the Lord this week?

4.  What time will you wake up each morning? Is your alarm set?

5.  If you’re participating in the monthly challenge, what time will you be doing it?

6.  What day(s) will you check in with the grou

Some of these habits will take years to develop so give yourself lots of grace but commit to changing your habits.
