    and I would like to find a 1800 calorie count diet to follow. Thank you so much for your help I am going to do it this time I love this book. Is there other books or online help I can get also ? Thank You so much.

Unfortunately, I do not do specific menus. Do you currently use myfitnesspal.com? You should be able to adjust your calorie count accordingly. All the best.
