    Hello all I recently found out that I am diabetic & am choosing to not take meds. My prayer is that I can control it through diet & exercise.

      I hope that your diabetes can be totally reversed with healthy diet and exercise. Just keep in mind that you may need medication initially until you lose weight to control your blood sugar. Follow your doctor’s advice.
