Becoming a HBD Study Leader is a deeply enriching experience! The optimal way to maximize your learning is to teach others. You will experience firsthand how people’s lives are changed by applying God’s Word and principles to their health. Requirements to Become a Healthy By Design Study Leader

It is not necessary to have formal training to lead any of the studies or programs, you simply need a heart to serve.

Here’s how to Get Started:

1. Choose a Study
   Pick one of our devotional books as the foundation for your group. Each book is thoughtfully crafted to guide women in restoring health, releasing weight, and growing in faith, all through biblical principles.
2. Gather Your Group
   Invite others to join you—friends, family, church members, or your online community. Groups can be as small as a few people or as large as you can manage.
3. Start Studying Together
